Q.How long does it take for the goods to be dispatched?
As a general rule, we ship within 2 working days after we have received your payment. However, please be aware that due to shipping congestion or natural disasters, the delivery may take up to 3 working days or more.
Q.Can I cancel only part of my purchase?
Changes or partial cancellations of products after an order has been completed cannot be accepted.
Q.No contact after ordering.
An automatic email (order receipt email) is sent when an order is received. Please check your registered email address, spam settings, security software, etc.
If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please contact us using the contact form.
Q.The condition of the goods received differs from that described.
We are very sorry. Please contact us using the contact form within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If there is an obvious error in our description, the product will be returned and refunded.
Q.I received a different product to the one I ordered.

Q.Do used products come with a warranty?
In the case of used products, we cannot confirm the existence of a warranty.Please be aware that this is not covered by the warranty.
