How to order products

Select the option and quantity from the product page you want and add it to your cart.
After you complete your order, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email after a while, please check your spam folder or check the status of your order from your order history.

Regarding delivery

Customers who purchase over 5,000 yen (tax included) will receive free shipping nationwide.
*Customers whose total amount is less than 5,000 yen (tax included) will be charged the following shipping fees in addition to the product price.

Hokkaido to Kyushu: Shipping fee 880 yen (tax included)
Okinawa: Shipping fee 1,650 yen (tax included)

Due to traffic conditions or weather at the time of delivery, delays may occur and we may not be able to meet your requests.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during shipping or the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, we will take responsibility for replacing it or returning it to you and providing a refund. Please contact us in advance within 7 days of receiving the product and return it by courier, postage paid by us.
We cannot accept exchanges or returns other than in the above cases, but if you have any questions when you receive the product, please let us know by email or phone.

Second-hand items will generally be sold as-is and cannot be returned.
However, this does not apply in the case of a fatal malfunction.
